We opened our first restaurant in 1989 in Plaza de las Comendadoras, and it was a great success. A few years later, in 1993, we opened our second restaurant in the famous La Latina neighborhood.
Our restaurants feature décor inspired by the Central American country, with an authentic and traditional style.
